Strong knowledge of IT products and services available in the market Excellent communication and listening skills for candidates and they should be able to connect with clients and understand their requirements. Should possess customer handling skills and to maintain good customer database to help them guide through the sales cycle. Conduct market research and find ideal prospect clients. Participate in sales strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions to get ideas in generating more business. Should have an excellent working relationship with customers, vendors and colleagues Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Strong Microsoft Technologies knowledge and experience in AD/DC implementation and administration. Experience in implementation of latest Microsoft Exchange Server . Should have sound knowledge in virtualization technologies including MS Hyper-v and VMWare. Should have experience in handling Servers/Storage/backup. Understanding of basic networking . Experience in backup technologies including Veeam or similar technologies. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
